Hi I'm Sean Wallace I am the property manager and one of the owners for Koda Bear Properties. I have lived in the Tri-Lakes area for a little over fifteen years. My son Koda is where I got my inspiration to create Koda Bear Properties. I wanted to create a family business while providing a balanced life for my son and I.
